On Apr 21th, 2017, Zhongyin Law Firm held the first 2017 national general and branch conference. This conference aims to strengthen management, and implement more stringent and scientific management measures to further promote the integration process of the general office and branches. Zhongyin Law Firm’s director Li Ju, CMC Chairman Liu Guangbin, CMC member Chen Yongxue, Su Rongjian and Zhou Junli, the head and some senior partners from 25 branches, about 40 people, gathered in Hefei, to make suggestions for the development of Zhongyin Law Firm.

Director Li Ju said that in the second half of 2016, the CMC had confirmed five areas integration work: further promoting integration process of the offices all over our country, integrating internal resources, optimizing business process and management process, focusing on strengthening financial, brand, risk control, training, OA systems and so on. This meeting was held in order to further implement the meeting resolution of the CMC.

Chairman Liu Guangbin said the purpose of this meeting was to further promote the integration and specialization of the general office and branches. In the process of management and operation, offices throughout the country should give full paly to local advantages in order to boost the influence, and should have the consciousness of integration of general offices and branches. He hope that through this meeting, we could form a consensus on some issues, and eventually to promote the joint efforts of local offices, to further strengthen the unification of the brand image of Zhongyin Law Firm, and to promote the integration of the main branch of the work one by one.
