On January 11, 2020, ZhongYin Law Firm successfully held its First Senior Partner Meeting in 2020. The meeting was chaired by Yan Penghe, the Director and a Senior Partner of ZhongYin Law Firm.

As the firm grows, in order to accelerate its high-quality development and further promote its team building, the firm has improved its talent recruitment plan by establishing a senior counsel system to attract more excellent talents to join it. During the meeting, the senior partners conducted discussions and expressed opinions on the types of senior counsels, their terms of employment, management and evaluation, their rights and obligations, and other issues involved in the system, with a purpose to further improve the management system of the firm. Later, Jia Zheng, a management committee member and a senior partner of the firm, reported on the firm's financial budget and final accounts, and explained related details to the attendees.

In the afternoon of the same day, ZhongYin (Beijing) successfully held its First Partner Meeting in 2020 in its meeting room. At the meeting, the management committee members reviewed and reported their respective management work in 2019, and described in detail the head and branch offices’ management, financial position, risk control and internal audit, knowledge management, branding, decoration of the new office, talent recruitment, system reform, and other matters of concern to the partners, receiving the recognition from the attending partners. Looking back on the past year, we can see that: ZhongYin people stuck to their original aspiration, forged ahead, worked together to embrace so many challenges on the way of development, explored a model for scientific and professional development based on integration, continued to move forward gropingly, and accumulated valuable practical experiences.

The stable development of the firm is inseparable from the support and silent efforts of the colleagues of the public service and administrative department. At the partner meeting, the excellent employees of the public service and administrative department were commended, including: Outstanding Manager, Fu Tingting; Outstanding Employees, Han Yu, Gao Yu, Yang Yanan, Zhao Lijiao, Wei Zhenhua, Lu Xu; Service Stars, Wei Yuna, Zhang Simiao, Deng Ruiyi, Wang Dehui, Ding Yonghong. Li Zheng, the Secretary of the Party General Branch and the Chairman of the Management Committee, Zheng Wei, the Chairman of the Supervisory Committee, Ge Youshan, a Management Committee Member Zhang Xiaojun, a Member of the Supervisory Committee of the firm presented the awards to the winners.

At the end of the meeting, Wu Dagui gave a detailed introduction on the future development (establishment preparation) plan of Kunming office. He mentioned that, the concepts of teamwork, specialization, scale-orientation, and standardization would be implemented throughout the preparation and establishment of the Kunming office, to fully demonstrate the resource advantages in Kunming, Yunnan, and to seek common development and concerted-action with ZhongYin family.

2019 has quietly passed and a brand new 2020 has arrived. At this senior partner meeting and partner meeting, the attendees reached consensus on a number of important management issues, and provided guidance and momentum for ZhongYin’s progress and development in this year. In the future, ZhongYin people will work together to seize each day and live it to the full!
