ZhongYin Law Firm Establishes Talents Training Mechanism and Implements “ZhongYin Star Program”

Recently, in order to achieve the stability of talents and the sustainable development of the Firm, “ZhongYin Star Program” is officially put into place after being reviewed and approved at the Senior Partner Meeting of ZhongYin Law Firm. The program is intended to attract outstanding external attorneys and support outstanding internal attorneys to identify outstanding talents and build a stable talent team.
“ZhongYin Star Program” is aimed at attorneys with potential inside and outside the Firm. In addition to being entitled to independently sign service contracts, independently open financial accounting systems and recruit a team of practicing attorneys, attorneys who participate in the Program are also obliged to complete revenue-generating task, share public operation costs, follow and execute relevant resolutions, maintain brand reputation, and so on. The Star Attorneys who fulfill all of the obligations as required by the Program for one year or more and pass the evaluation will be given priority when they apply for promotion to partner. In addition, in order to attract more outstanding talents in the industry, the Firm will reward the referees who recommend outside attorneys for “ZhongYin Star Program”.
