ZhongYin Holds A Practice Specialization Pilot Program Launch Conference

On December 28, 2017, ZhongYin Law Firm held a practice specialization pilot program launch conference. Li Ju, the Chairman of Management Committee and Senior Partner, Jia Zheng and Yan Penghe, Members of Management Committee and Senior Partners, Tian Shouyun and Wu Guanghong, Senior Partners, and Partners Chen Rongjin, Hou Jiyan, Li Shuangyan, Yang Baoquan and Yue Qu, as well as some of the associates who were in the firm then, presented at the conference, and Liu Guangbin, our Executive Partner and Senior Partner participated in the conference by telephone.
The pilot program is intended to “broaden sources of income” to the fullest extent, create greater value through practice cooperation in the most specialized practice areas; integrate internal resources, open up new business areas, and obtain a vaster service links; introduce complementary specialized teams and sophisticated talents, build star or brand practice, and establish industry benchmarks.
Liu Guangbin, who had given constructive advices on the preliminary preparation and planning for the pilot program, expressed by telephone his support and recognition of the specialization strategy of the firm, and emphasized the importance of the unity of the partners of the firm.
Li Ju emphasized that, after more than a year of planning, and upon analyzing the degree of specialization of each major law firm, comparing their advantages and disadvantages with ours, we finally determined that our specialization strategy would be “one major and two minors” and since the lunching of the pilot program, more than 30 partners have joined in.
At the conference, a hot discussion was carried out on how to implement the pilot program and how to integrate the partners’ practice expertise and teams from the perspective of “specialization”. The attendees proposed their own ideas and suggestions on issues such as division of specialization area and standards for establishing business centers.
The successful holding of the practice specialization pilot program launch conference represents a key step in our exploration of an optimized management system. In the future, the firm will promote closer cooperation among partners, create better specialized teams, establish a good and efficient internal cooperation and distribution system, and gain highly recognized market feedback and achieve high yields.
