On May 19th, 2017, Zhongyin Law Firm held the “Civil and Commercial Trial Practice” theme lecture in Beijing, the lecture specially invited Yang Zhengyu, the Supreme People’s court second people court former presiding judge, as the guest speaker.

Lawyer Yang Zhengyu introduced the litigation skills and practical in the process of participating in the trial, from the perspective of judge, combined with his own rich experience in handling commercial cases, from the court’s work process, the transformation of the retrial procedure, the impact to judge of the external environment etc. After the meeting, the lawyers also had a heated discussion with lawyer Yang Zhengyu on the problems in the civil and commercial judicial practice.

The lecture was presided over by our CMC member Chen Yongxue, president Liu Guangbin gave opening speech.
