On May 12th, 2017, Zhongyin Law Firm held a theme lecture “The actual point in circuit court civil case agent” in Beijing, they especially invited Doctor Fan Xiangyang, the former judge of supreme people’s court, as the guest speaker.

Dr. Fan carried out a detailed analysis and emphasis from the aspect and points in circuit court civil case, virtual and solid of operation mechanism, the challenges and countermeasures under the new mechanism and etc for lawyers.

Through a large number of relevant cases, and combined with his own many years’ experience in the Supreme People’s court, Dr. Fan, carried out a full explaining about the basic types of the acceptable case, special problem should be paid attention to, the new operating mechanism of the circuit court in trial on the case, establishing favorable factor in circuit court agent lawyer, the subjective and objective factors that affect the presiding judge’s judgment. Dr. Fan also had a lively discussion with the lawyers about the detail problem in civil case agent. With both theory and practice, the value sharing gained lots of praise.

This lecture was presided over by Chen Yongxue, member of the CMC.
