Recently, upon the evaluation and confirmation by Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank, ZhongYin Law Firm has won a bid and been selected into its legal counsel database on general legal affairs (main urban area), credit business line (main urban area), and financial market (head office).

Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank is established based on the former Chongqing Credit Union as well as 39 district/county-level credit cooperatives and rural cooperative banks. It is China’s third provincial rural commercial bank after those in Shanghai and Beijing, and the first provincial rural commercial bank in the western region. On December 16, 2010, Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank was successfully listed on the H-share main board in Hong Kong Exchanges, becoming China's first listed rural commercial bank, first overseas-listed local bank, and first listed bank in the western region. At present, Chongqing Rural Commercial Bank has 1 branch, 42 sub-branches, 1772 outlets and 18,000 employees. The bid was jointly won by the team of Senior Partner Liu Zhenyu of ZhongYin (Beijing) and the team of Associate Huang Liangyou of ZhongYin (Chongqing).
