ZhongYin Advises Dunlop on Compulsory Liquidation

On May 28, 2018, ZhongYin formed a compulsory liquidation group to represent Beijing Pacific Dunlop Textiles Limited (“Dunlop”) on its compulsory liquidation. This group is made up of our senior partner Liu Zhenyu, partner Liu Qiang and attorneys Chen Haojun, Gong Fu, Lan Qin, and is led by Liu Zhenyu.
On April 4, 1987, Dunlop was incorporated with the Beijing Administration for Industry and Commerce as a limited liability company (a joint venture between Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macao and Mainland) with a registered capital of USD4.57 million. It mainly sells socks, knitted underwear and related knitwear.
