Recently, with the support of the team of Gao Wei (a senior partner of ZhongYin), the application for the initial public offering in 2018 of Xuan Hui Technology Co., Ltd. (stock short name Xuan Hui Technology, stock code 872358) has been approved by the National Equities Exchange and Quotations Co., Ltd., and a consent to its “Listing in Share Transfer System” ([2018] No. 1364) has been granted.

Xuan Hui Technology was listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations on November 20, 2017. It mainly engages in broadband access, digital television and system integration. In the initial public offering, 6,250,000 shares will be issued for raising a capital of RMB 10,000,000 in total.
