ZhongYin Represents Runze Jinhua on Its Successful Registration as Private Equity Investment Fund Manager

Recently, the application for registration as private fund manager made by the team led by Wang Ting, Tan Jun and Wu Guanghong on behalf of Xi'an Runze Jinhua Asset Management Co., Ltd. (“Runze Jinhua”) has been approved by the Asset Management Association of China, and Runze Jinhua has been successfully registered as private equity investment fund manager, with registration number P1068397.
