Recently, the stock issue project of Shanghai Five Star Copper Co., Ltd. (stock name: Five Star Copper, stock code: 836108) undertaken by our senior partner Gao Wei, was reviewed by NEEQ, and obtained the registration letter of shares issuance (NEEQ [2018] 982).

Five-star copper was listed on NEEQ in March 2016. This is the second issuance of shares after its list. The number of stocks issued does not exceed 6,858,000 yuan of common stock, and the raised capital does not exceed RMB 12,201,500 yuan. Five Star Copper specializes in the research, development, production, sales, and service of copper-base alloy strips.
