On October 15, 2019, ZhongYin Law Firm and COFCO (Beijing) Agricultural Ecological Valley Development. Co., Ltd. entered into a Framework Agreement on Industry Service Cooperation, pursuant to which, the team led by our partner Ma Xiao will provide legal services, including but not limited to legal advisory, litigation & arbitration, investment & financing, M&A and restructuring, and company listing to enterprises settling in the park of COFCO (Beijing) Agricultural Ecological Valley.
