From Octobor 20th 2016 to October 21th 2016, Zhong Yin communication practical meeting was held in Nan Chang, which was conducted by Zhong Yin law firm (Beijing) and Zhong Yin Law firm ( Nan Chang). Administrative Committee President Liu Guang Bin , Committee member Li Zheng came to the spot and provided guidance. More than 60 lawyers from Chongqing, Ganzhou, Changsha, Yinchuan, Zhuhai, Hefei, Guiyang, Fuzhou and nine other branches, and also, Jiangxi Sheng Yi law firm, Jiangxi Bo Tao lawyer office had attended the communication meeting. This meeting was presided by director Zhang Ai from Zhong Yin law firm( Nan Chang ).

During the meeting, Director Zhang Ai analyzed the management and marketing of construction team. Huang Ting, a lawyer from Zhong Yin (Nan Chang), gave a presentation about analyzing data of legal business of construction engineering. Director of Zhongyin(Yin Chuan), FuGuoWang demonstrated on the software of “ internet + lawyer in construction” This software is able to track legal risk and provide solution for contracts from its bidding to final accounts. CEO of Asia Pacific Co. given presentation about “opportunities and challenges for which law firms will face in engineering industry internet” during the meeting. In addition, Zhongyin( NanChang) senior partner XiongJin, XiaoMing, ChengFeng and XuYi were conducted on the experience sharing about “ management of risk of construction engineering”, “PPP project”, “reform and replace of construction engineering”, “construction technique of construction engineering and legal risk-prevention”

The meeting had mainly discussed about the problems that had

during the practice of construction engineering law,

which

not only promoted mutual practical experience learning among construction legal teams of various regions , and strengthened business cooperation construction of regional legal team.
