On a beautiful platform overlooking the Kattegat Strait in Gothenburg, China Huitai Holding Group Co., Ltd. and Sweden's FESKAR Holdings signed an agreement to acquire 100% of the Hanssons company in Sweden through its Hong Kong subsidiary and obtained the leading place in the Nordic region in the fresh seafood processing and wholesale market (hereinafter referred to as the ”Project”). The Swedish Hanssons company was founded in 1880 and is now owned by the Nilsson family. This Project is an important part of China's “the Silk Road Economic Belt and the 21st-Century Maritime Silk Road” strategy and provides an important guarantee for China's high-end food safety, traceability and sustainability.
