On August 12, 2019, the Beijing Lawyers Association announced the list of members of 20 specialized working committees and 3 fellowship associations under it. The specialized work committees (fellowship associations) under the 11th Beijing Lawyers Association are set up as decided upon deliberation at the 2nd Meeting of the 11th Beijing Lawyers Association Council and consist of council members, lawyer representatives and some lawyers of the 11th Beijing Lawyers Association.

A total of 7 lawyers from ZhongYin Law Firm have included in the list announced this time. Among them, Director and Senior Partner Yan Penghe was elected as a member of the Foreign Affairs Committee, Management Committee Member and Senior Partner Ge Youshan was elected as a member of the Political Participation and Deliberation Promotion Committee, and Senior Partner Huang Yunyan was elected as the director of the Young Lawyers Working Committee, Partner Yang Baodong was elected as a member of the Rights and Interests Protection Committee, Partner Liu Qiang was elected as a member of the Law Firm Management Steering Committee, and Attorney Yao Libo was elected as a member of the Propaganda, Liaison, and Commendation Working Committee, and Attorney Gao Tingting was elected as the Secretary General of the Young Lawyers Fellowship Association.
