Introduction：

Humphrey (Mingxi) Han is an attorney practicing at Zhong Yin Law Firm (Chengdu office). Graduated from Sciences Po (Institut d’Études Politiques de Paris), he obtained a bachelor degree in Politics and Government and then a three-year Master-level law degree in International Economic Law.

His practice now focuses on banking and finance, investment and M&A, domestic and cross-border dispute resolutions. Mr. Han regularly advises financial institutions, Chinese SOEs and publicly listed companies on transactions, as well resolving  disputes, including but not limited to :

•Advising China Construction Bank Sichuan Branch on foreign-related M&A financing transactions.

•Advising China Railway Trust Ltd. with due diligence on trust financial products (including CODs and REITs) and structuring.

•Representing financial institutions in asset recovery cases

•Representing clients in commercial disputes involving corporate governance, commercial contracts and other investment-related matters.

•Advising in foreign-related legal services and cross-border commercial arbitration proceedings.
