Lawyer Li Baofeng(李宝峰) has provided legal services regarding investment bank and securities for hundreds of enterprises by now, including, but not limited to joint-stock reform of enterprises, equities issuance and IPO, issuance of debentures, M&A of enterprises, restructuring of assets, etc. As for the current customers, he provided legal services regarding bills, abroad bonds of RMB, city investment bonds indebtedness of company etc. for Dong Ming Petroleum Chemical Group, Datang Telecom, Yiyang Group, New Binjiang Corp of Taizhou, and the total financing value was over 40 billion RMB. As a senior lawyer, he has abundant practical experiences in assets management, industry investment, enterprises M&A and management, operation in secondary markets and was familiar with all relevant legal procedures, and was skillful in plan designing and innovation, negotiation. By focusing on the development of our country’s capital markets and industry development of different areas, he provided development plans for capital operation and different regional industries for many entities in many provinces, cities and districts and implementation plan for integration operation, and was influencing at a certain level.

Lawyer Li Baofeng (李宝峰) was granted the first degree award of the first “Golden Sword Project” of Beijing Judicial Administrations. In 2015, he was elected to be the head of the 10th Securities Law Commission of Beijing Lawyers Association.
