In July 1921, the red candles in a red boat in the South Lake lit up the dawn for the new China. Working despite of winds and rains for over 99 years, a vast number of CPC members have risen wave upon wave and become pioneers bravely, creating the prosperity of China. Since its establishment, by closely flowing the strategy of the Party and the state, remaining true to our original aspiration and keeping our mission firmly in mind, ZhongYin Law Firm has fully performed a law firm’s functions in the rule of law, strived to make the people feel fair and just in each judicial case, and provided increasingly powerful legal protections and services for the sound and rapid economic and social development.

At present, ZhongYin (Beijing) has set up a total of 7 Party branches, 1 joint Party branch, and has had 213 Party members, and 2 applicants for party membership. After years of exploration and practice, ZhongYin has basically formed the management and development model in which “Party building promotes development and good faith shapes brand”: coordinate the common development of the intra-Party system and the management system of ZhongYin, ensure the normal operation of the Party building work mechanism, earnestly conduct thematic activities such as “three meetings and one lecture”, democratic life meeting and democratic evaluation in the Party branches, ensure that Party-member attorneys who are Party member fully exercise and perform their corresponding rights and obligations as required by the Party Constitution, actively instruct the attorneys who are not Party members to move closer to the Party organization, and ensure the Party committee become the robust fortress and political center of ZhongYin.

In June 2008, the Party branch was established;

In October 2017, Party members and attorneys who are not Party members were organized to go to Sanya for carrying out Party building activities;

In February 2018, the secretary of the general Party branch expressed sympathy and solicitude to the Party members in difficulty on behalf of the Chaoyang Lawyers Association;

In June 2018, Party member and attorneys who are not Party members were organized to go to Huairou for Party building activities;

In March 2019, the Party General Branch held a general meeting for probationary Party members to become full members;

In May 2019, the Party General Branch held a signing ceremony for Party building jointly with the Graduate Party Branch of Law School, Beijing Jiaotong University;

In July 2019, the Party General Branch conducted Party building activities jointly with the Party Branch of BTV Media;

In August 2019, Party members were organized to visit Yuzishan Anti-Japanese War Memorial Hall;

In September 2019, Party members were organized to go to Qingdao for outdoor activities and visit the Naval Museum;

In November 2019, Party members were organized to participate in a writing competition on the theme of “Remain True to Our Original Aspiration and Keep Our Mission Firmly in Mind” and won several honors;

In December 2019, Party members were organized to participate in 12.4 Constitution Week for Public Interests;

In December 2019, the Party General Branch conducted outdoor activities in Saipan for studying deeply and implementing thoroughly the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th National Congress of the CPC;

In February 2020, the Party General Branch and the ZhongYin Charity Fund launched a donation initiative, raising cash and anti-epidemic suppliers valuing more than RMB 200,000, to support the medical staff who fought against the epidemic at the frontline;

With the establishment of the Party Committee, ZhongYin Law Firm will keep the Party building work as a top priority, study deeply and implement thoroughly the spirit of the Fourth Plenary Session of the 19th National Congress of the CPC with actions, enhance the “Consciousness of the need to maintain political integrity, think in big-picture terms, follow the leadership core, and keep in alignment ”, strengthen the “Confidence in the path, guiding theories, political system, and culture of socialism with Chinese characteristics ”, and achieve the “Resolutely uphold General Secretary Xi Jinping’s core position on the Party Central Committee and in the Party as a whole, and resolutely uphold the Party Central Committee’s authority and its centralized, unified leadership”, and actively carry out various Party building work; further promote the integration of Party building and practice development, establish and improve the Party building charter and mechanism; give full play to the political function of the Party organization in the decision-making and management of the law firm; vigorously carry forward the spirit of the rule of law, unite the lawyer community to form strong cohesive force, and make due contributions to the comprehensive promotion of state governance according to law.
