On July 4th, 2014, teachers and students from law school of Beijing Normal University visited Zhong Yin law firm. Mr. Li Ju, Mr.Cui Bingyuan, and Mr.Sun Jian greeted them and held a warm discussion with them. In light of students’ different majors, the three partners shared experience of overseas legal practice with students, including arbitration, overseas listing and overseas M&A etc, as well as the theoretical and practical demands of being lawyers specially handling foreign-related matters and in-house counsels.
