On September 21, 2020, with the assistance of the team led by Li Zheng (the director and a senior partner of ZhongYin Law Firm) as legal counsel, the CNPIC 2020 Corporate Bond (Tranche 1) (the “Corporate Bond”) was successfully issued. Li Zheng and Ma Yingkai advised on the issuance of the Corporate Bond with professional services.

The issuer of the Corporate Bond is China National Pharmaceutical Investment Co., Ltd. (the “CNPIC”). This tranche is the first one, which is issued to raise RMB600 million, with a coupon rate of 3.7%, a term of 2+1 years, and a credit rating of AAA/AAA.
