On March 9, 2022, the anti-dumping investigation authority of Thailand announced the final decision on Thailand’s anti-dumping investigation against China’s polypropylene film. In this case, Jia Zheng, Director of International Practice Department and Senior Partner of ZhongYin Law Firm, represented Suqian Jintian Plastic Industry Co., Ltd., a member of Jintian New Materials, and won the final decision of zero rate (the rates applicable to other Chinese exporters subject to anti-dumping duties range from 5.49% to 32.8%).
