Ltd. in protecting the dot pattern invention patent in suit. This first-instance technical intellectual property case is difficult to handle as it requires an analysis of complicated facts and a comparison of dot pattern information input and output technologies, so Henan Higher Court decided to try this case directly and upon trial, fully supported the plaintiff’s claim of 3 million damages.
