On September 12, 2020, ZhongYin Law Firm held its Fourth Senior Partner Meeting in 2020 in Conference Room I of its head office. During the meeting, several innovative systems were improved and adopted and in-depth discussions were conducted on issues related to the development of ZhongYin.

1. Sharing Performance and Resource Base of head office

Over the past 27 years since its establishment, ZhongYin Law Firm has made a strong track record, by providing excellent services to various top companies, enterprises, administrative agencies, public institutions, and people from all walks of life in China. During this period, it also has created a resource base which brings massive practitioner from various market players together. The performance and resource base sharing systems established by ZhongYin Law Firm allow both current lawyers and new-comers to share its head office’s performance and resource base, reducing internal conflicts of interests, and overcoming internal obstructions against the development of ZhongYin. Through the above-mentioned systems, the head office provides strong internal support to the development of our law practices, to assist our lawyers to eliminate internal resistance and expand their practice wholeheartedly.

2. Establishing A Comprehensive Talent System

In order to improve ZhongYin’s talent development system, build a scientific level and system for talent training, and meet ZhongYin’s need to introduce diversified talent, the attendees reached an important consensus on the counsel/senior counsel system and independent lawyer system: (1) a counsel and senior counsel system and an honorary counsel and senior honorary counsel system have been established (as the case may be) for outstanding talents from public security organs/procuratorates/courts, government agencies, and public institutions; (2) an independent lawyer system, an internal partner system, a partner and senior partner system have been established for practicing lawyers, providing diversified and all-round career paths for the development of various talents. In such a case, all kinds of talents can be granted titles and treatments they deserve, without bearing the cost of ZhongYin or at a small cost.

3. Improved Management Systems of Branch Offices

ZhongYin Law Firm has deepened and advanced the implementation of the strategy of integrating the head and branch offices, and promoted the symbiotic link, resource sharing, and win-win cooperation between the head and branch offices, in order to develop and manage the branch offices in more flexible and diversified ways, and provide more institutional guarantees for filing partners of branch offices as partners of head office.

4. Further Establish and Improve the Pool of Various Intermediaries

ZhongYin Law Firm will enhance its cooperation with the relevant agencies, such as accounting firms, tax account agents, consulting companies, various securities brokers and investment banks, insurers, assessment companies, appraisal agencies, notary offices and other intermediaries, as well as establish its own intermediary pool, in order to provide clients with a full range of legal services. The attendees also discussed acquisition of and merger of/with other distinctive law firms and cooperation with relevant law firms.

The attendees also reached broad consensus on many important development and management issues, and conducted in-depth exchanges and discussions on ZhongYin's shareholding system reform and equity-oriented development.

Openness, Sharing, Innovation, and Aggressiveness are the guidelines for ZhongYin Law Firm to move forward. ZhongYin Law Firm unremittingly pursuits the goal of becoming a leading law firm that provides full-range comprehensive services. Through this meeting, ZhongYin Law Firm gained more faith in its current development ideas to optimize the talent introduction mechanism and constantly enhance the value of the law firm, striving for new heights and new leapfrogs.
