On July 11, 2021, the Head Office of ZhongYin Law Firm successfully held its 4th All-Partners Meeting in 2021 and its 3rd Senior Partners Meeting in 2021, at which the participants elected the new managing partner and the members of the 9th Management Committee, and the members of supervisory committee elected the chairman of the 2nd Supervisory Committee.

Chen Yongxue, Chairman of the 8th Management Committee, summarized and reported on the work of the 8th Management Committee during the past term of office, focusing on issues of the partners’ concerns, such as management, risk control and internal audit, knowledge management, talent introduction and brand building of the head and branch offices. In the past year, under the leadership of the management committee, colleagues of the firm have made remarkable achievements in aspects such as talent introduction, selection into legal counsel database of clients, development of risk control system, and implementation of the strategy of growing larger, enabling ZhongYin Law Firm to maintain its position as industry leader and its strong brand influence, and laying a solid foundation for the further development of ZhongYin.

At the meeting, upon voting by all partners, Senior Partner Yan Penghe was elected as the new managing partner of ZhongYin Law Firm; upon voting by senior partners, Senior Partner Chen Yongxue was elected as the chairman of the new management committee; Senior Partners Dong Wan, Jia Zheng, Liu Xiaoyu, Liu Zhenyu, Tan Jun, Xu Min, Yang Baoquan, Ye Minkai and Zheng Songzhe were elected as the members of the new management committee. Senior Partner Suo Canjie was elected as the chairman of the 2nd Supervisory Committee; Li Zheng, former director of ZhongYin Law Firm, continued to serve as the secretary of the party committee, responsible for the overall work of the party committee. We can go far if we work together and move steadily.
