Ms. Wang specializes in commercial transactions and commercial dispute resolution, and serves as a researcher at the Arbitration Research Institute of China University of Political Science and Law. With over twenty years of deep involvement in the commercial law sector, Ms. Wang accumulated 16 years of management operations and legal work experience in large domestic and international enterprise groups, listed companies and international business associations prior to joining Zhong Yin Law Firm. Her expertise encompasses risk prevention and control, commercial negotiation, and commercial dispute resolution. Her client base spans leading domestic and international industries including high-tech, environmental protection and new energy, artificial intelligence, scientific and technological achievement transformation, equipment manufacturing, biomedical, investment, military-civilian integration, media and real estate, as well as multiple listed companies.
