On August 6, 2024, a signing ceremony was held between Zhong Yin Law Firm and INGVARR Law Firm from Russia for the execution of the Strategic Cooperation Agreement, which has deepened the cooperation relationship between the law firms and injected new vigor into the further development of Sino-Russian bilateral legal business and the improvement of the quality of cross-border legal services.

At the signing ceremony, Liu Xiaoyu, the Chairman of Management Committee of Zhong Yin Law Firm, and Igor Mazilin, the managing partner of INGVARR Law Firm, signed the Strategic Cooperation Agreement jointly.
