On June 2, 2018, the 3rd Partner Meeting of ZhongYin in 2018 was held in National Judges College (Beijing). The meeting was chaired by Liu Guangbin, director of the firm.
The participating partners discussed the firm's development plans and goals for the next five years. The participants talked freely about the common concerns, including providing clients with better services, practice specialization, brand promotion, and platform management & optimization, and made suggestions for the future of the firm.
Liu Guangbin, director of the firm, said that: as for the firm's future development goals, the biggest issue is about “top-level design”; all partners should work together to figure out how to design a reasonable management system, retain excellent talents, strengthen risk control, and make “ZhongYin” a century-old brand.
Li Ju, chairman of the management committee of the firm, said that: the firm is currently in steady development, with the year-on-year growth rate of revenue up to nearly 30% in the first five months of 2018; the firm will, based on the actual situation and its development pattern, make a viable development plan for the next five years; we will, by taking the opportunity of relocating into a 5A office building, further optimize our practice, management, distribution and other internal operation mechanisms, striving to make the overall strength of the firm equal to a first-tier Class A law firm in China.
Although being fiercely competitive, the domestic legal service market will be vast and grow rapidly in the future. ZhongYin will further reform and innovate, unify development concepts, visions, and values, and make feasible strategic objectives, to satisfy client’s needs and all colleagues' longing for a better future, to build competitive professional teams, to provide clients with the best services, and to make the firm a real century-old firm!
