ZhongYin Is Re-named by ALB as "China Top 30 Largest Domestic Law Firms"

2020 ALB CHINA's Ranking of Top 30 Largest Domestic Law Firms in China has been authoritatively announced. ZhongYin Law Firm was once again selected as one of the top ten on the ranking.

Several ZhongYin Lawyers are Selected into the "Foreign-related Lawyer Pool of Beijing Lawyers Association"

Recently, the Beijing Lawyers Association announced the "List of Members of Foreign-related Lawyer Pool of Beijing Lawyers Association". Eight lawyers from ZhongYin Law Firm, namely Cheng Lulu, Jia Zheng, Li Ju, Liu Xiaoyu, Yan Penghe, Zhang Feifei, Zhang Huawei, and Zhang Yixuan, applied for the membership, and were successfully selected into the talent pool.

ZhongYin is Selected as New Arbitrator of HIAC

On September 21, 2020, Hainan International Arbitration Court (“HIAC”) officially announced that upon approval at the first meeting of the first board of directors of HIAC, a number of domestic and foreign professionals were appointed as the new arbitrators of HIAC. Three lawyers from ZhongYin Law Firm, Wu Zetao, Liu Xiaoyu, and Zheng Songzhe, were enrolled in the new List of Arbitrators of Hainan International Arbitration Court (Hainan Arbitration Commission) with their rich experience in capital & securities, investment, financing & disinvestment, banking & finance, cross-border trade, dispute resolution and other areas.

ZhongYin Wins the Best M&A Lawyer Award in the 13th M&A Special Awards Ceremony

On September 19, 2020, the 17th China M&A Annual Conference was held in Beijing. At the annual meeting, the list of winners of 2020/13th M&A Special Awards, which is remarkable in the industry, was grandly announced. Yan Penghe, a management committee member and senior partner of ZhongYin Law Firm, and Wang Wei, the director and a partner of ZhongYin (Chongqing), won the Best M&A Lawyer Award with their outstanding performance.
