  • On December 10, 2024, the Australian Anti-Dumping Commission issued a notice on its final decision concerning the anti-dumping and countervailing sunset review against the stainless steel sinks from China. In the case, Mr. Jia Zheng, Senior Partner and Director in the International Trade and Maritime Practice Group of Zhong Yin Law Firm, represented the Rhine Sinkware Manufacturing Ltd to respond to the investigation and assisted the client in obtaining the best result of zero tariff in the final judgment (the duty rate was -11.8%, which was considered zero tariff and the lowest among the respondent enterprises). Previously, on May 6, 2024, the Australian Anti-dumping Commission launched an anti-dumping and anti-subsidy sunset review on the stainless steel sinks originating from China.

  • The offering of “CITIC Securities-Jiaxing Phase I Green Corporate Asset-backed Special Plan (ABS) Backed by the Natural Gas Charging Right” was successfully completed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange on November 6, 2024, with total value of RMB594 million.

  • On May 15, 2024, ZHONGHE (ZHONGHE 3, stock Code: 400072.NQ) announced that through the execution of the court ruling, Fujian Guocheng Green Energy Investment Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Guocheng Green Energy") has become its largest shareholder and controlling shareholder, completing the restructuring and acquisition of ZHONGHE. Zhong Yin Law Firm has served as the special counselor of the acquirer Guocheng Green Energy and provided relevant legal services to assist the acquirer in successfully completing this acquisition.

  • As the 24th World Intellectual Property Day is coming soon, on the morning of April 22, the Supreme People's Court held a press conference to release the Status of Judicial Protection of Intellectual Property Rights in Chinese Courts (2023), the Top 10 Intellectual Property Cases and 50 Typical Cases of Intellectual Property Right in Chinese Courts in 2023, and introduce the general situation of judicial protection of intellectual property in people's courts in 2023. Among them, the unfair competition disputes between Guangzhou XX Information Technology Co., Ltd. and Beijing XX Network Technology Co., Ltd. represented by lawyer Gao Jinghe of Zhong Yin Law Firm in the second instance was selected as one of the "Top 10 Intellectual Property Cases in Chinese Courts in 2023".

  • Zhong Yin Law Firm assisted Jiangxi Ganyue Expressway Co., Ltd. ("Ganyue Expressway") in obtaining the Notice of Acceptance of Registration (Zhong Shi Xie Zhu (2024) No. MTN317) issued by the National Association of Financial Market Institutional Investors on April 3, 2024, and successfully registered the medium-term notes with an amount of RMB4 billion, and on April 24, 2024, the Company successfully completed the issuance of the first phase of medium-term notes in 2024. The issuance scale of medium-term notes of this phase is RMB900 million, with the issuance term of 3 years and a coupon rate of 2.17%. The medium-term notes of this phase have the lowest interest rate in the history of credit bonds with the same term in Jiangxi Province.

  • ​On February 16, 2024, the International Trade Administration Commission of South Africa (ITAC) announced the final judgment on the anti-dumping investigation against China’s galvanized sheets. Mr. Jia Zheng, senior partner and director in the International Trade and Maritime practice group of Zhong Yin Law Firm, represented Shandong Guanxian Rongda Composite Material Co., Ltd. to respond to the investigation, and assisted the client in obtaining a low tariff rate at 6.02% in the final decision, which is one of the best results obtained for Chinese export entities in South Africa's anti-dumping investigation against China in the past five years. In this case, the tax rates applied for most of other Chinese export entities is 53.84%. On October 14, 2022, ITAC made an announcement to initiate an anti-dumping investigation against galvanized sheets originating in China.
