Forge Ahead Hand in Hand to Seek Common Development! ZhongYin Successfully Holds Its First Senior Partner Meeting / First Partner Meeting in 2021
On February 6, the First Senior Partner Meeting - First Partner Meeting of ZhongYin Law Firm in 2021 was successfully held in its head office in Beijing. Li Zheng, the secretary of the party general branch and the director of the firm, and Chen Yongxue, the chairman of the management committee chaired this meeting. Either on site or on cloud, the partners of the firm gathered to talk about the development of the firm.
At the meeting, the management committee reported the 2020 work results. In 2020, the firm developed well overall, generated increasingly more financial income, and further enhanced talent introduction, with KPIs improved steadily.
In order to further promote the development of the firm, the attendees conducted in-depth discussions on issues such as the firm’s equity-oriented reform, practice department building, preferential policies for young lawyers, and establishment of branch offices, and made decisions on important issues through democratic voting.
In 2020, ZhongYin Law Firm continues to strengthen the introduction of talents. In order to attract more outstanding young lawyers to join ZhongYin, a resolution to offer more preferential treatments to young lawyers was passed at this senior partner meeting. At the meeting, it was decided to cancel the management fee for trainee lawyers; cancel the management fee for independent lawyers; and waive 50% of the work station fee for independent lawyers upon application. The firm will put more efforts on reserving outstanding young lawyers, and comprehensively promote the introduction of various outstanding talents. The firm will strengthen the construction of branch offices and make itself larger and more international.
At the partner meeting, the management committee and each practice department reported successively on the development of the firm and such practice department in 2020. The attendees proposed on further promoting practice department building, and centered the discussion on the specific measures for incarnating practice departments, including strengthening management of and enhancing communication between practice departments.
The attendees paid attention to the progress of the firm's equity-oriented reform. At the meeting, the equity-oriented reform working group made a detailed report on the achievements so far and made in-depth exchanges with other attendees.
Forge ahead hand in hand to seek common development. At this meeting, the partners reached a consensus on many issues concerning the development and management of the firm, laying a solid foundation for the firm's further integration and injecting stronger impetus into the firm's future development.
