2010年7月21日，中银律师事务所与战略合作伙伴开曼群岛顶级律师事务所——万普达律师事务所（Maples and Calder）共同举办了以境外离岸公司设立及运作为主题的研讨会。来自万普达律师事务所的四位资深律师以及中银律师事务所的多名合伙人和众多律师出席参与了本次研讨会。会上，万普达律师事务所的律师对于设立离岸公司尤其是设立BVI或开曼公司的优势以及相关法律问题进行了精彩的演讲，同时也就此议题与中银律师事务所的律师进行了深度的探讨。

    通过此次研讨会的举行，中银律师与万普达律师事务所的战略合作关系得到了进一步的深化。 

On July 21, 2010, Zhong Yin Law Firm and our strategic cooperation partner Maples and Calder (“Maples”), a top law firm in Cayman Islands, held a seminar on the topic of establishment and operation of offshore company. Four distinguished lawyers from Maples and several partners and many attorneys from Zhong Yin atended this seminar. The lawyers from Maples made excellent presentation on the legal problems of establishing the BVI or Cayman company, and in the meanwhile, the lawyers from both law firms made deep discussion on this topic.

This great activity further strenghen the strategic cooperation relationship between Zhong Yin and Maples.
